The Alchemists Who Founded America

Filed under: Activists — admin @ 9:25 pm

We must look closely at the likes of super-agents and spies like Thomas Paine, St. Germain, Count Rumford, Jean Lafitte and Pierre Dupont de Nemours during the French and American Revolutions. Their allegiance is not to any one country but rather to supranational forces leading to the things we have today in the Fed, IMF and Economic Unions. These Revolutions were planned and part of the creation of a New World Order that is becoming more powerful but it was not really a new order. The Roman Empire never really fell; power became concentrated in the hands of fewer and fewer people. The same was true with the Sons of Aeneas (Julius Caesar was one.) in Rome when they defeated Greece or when the Hyksos inter-married with leaders in their Egyptian colony.

There is a lot of good potential in a reduction of nations, bureaucracy and the attendant corruption but the new structures are not addressing the ethical issues according to experts including The Club of Rome. It is unlikely they can address the ethical malaise if they do not understand the history and our elites that they are a small part or parcel of. There is a reason Lord Mountbatten changed the name of his family to Windsor and he spent all his reading time studying his family tree. In the following timelines there are a lot of nobles mentioned and you will see the Martinists claimed none of their members died under the Guillotine – there is a reason they do not tell us!

“1700 – 1800 CE
Birth of the Comte de Saint-Germain (1710). Masonic Grand Lodge of England and Druid Order founded (1717). First Masonic lodge founded in France (1721)> Benjamin Franklin initiated as Mason (1731). Chevalier Alexander Ramsey informs French Masons that they are heirs to the Templar tradition (1736). Roman Church condemns Masonry (1738). Birth of Count Cagliostro. Comte de Saint-Germain involved in Jacobite plot to restore Stuart dynasty to the English Throne (1743). Society of Flagellants and Skopski founded in Russia (1750). George Washington initiated as a Mason (1752). Sir Francis Dashwood founds the Hell Fire Club. Franklin visits England to discuss the future of American colonies with Dashwood (1758). Foundation of the Rite of the Strict Observance by Baron von Hund based on the Templar tradition. Frederick of Prussia founds Order of the Architects of Africa and uses the title Illuminati to describe his neo-Masonic lodges (1768). Franklin elected Grand Master of the Nine Sisters lodge in Paris
(1770). Grand Orient founded in France (1771).

Boston Tea Party (1773). Washington appointed Commander-in-Chief of the new American Army (1775). Order of Perfectibilists or Illuminati founded. American Revolution (1776). Czar Peter founds the
Secret Circle (1778). Supposed death of the Comte Saint-Germain (1784). Grand Masonic Congress allegedly plots French Revolution. Cagliostro involved in Diamond Necklace Affair. Illuminati banned in Bavaria and goes underground (1785). French Revolution (1789). Illuminist conspiracy to overthrow the Hapsburgs (1794).” (1)

Do the Robot!

Filed under: SEO Management — admin @ 10:50 pm

Everyone should realize that the search engines (sponsored ads aside)are not tools for advertisement, they are meant to be tools for everday web users. Users who search the web are looking for information, thats it. They may want information on how to buy something, or they may simply want to what the weather will be later that day, but the fact is they want information, and search engines are out there to help them find the information!

Search Engines (SE’s) work as follows:

1. They index sites. They do this by following the “web” (after all, the internet is one big web). While indexing one page, they find a link to your new website, and follow that link to your site. Because your site is new, they index you. While not that simple, that is the basic idea.

2. They return to index more of your site. The rate of indexing is dependant on how often your site updates. If the se’s come to a site that hasn’t been updated since the last time they came, the next visit won’t happen again until a while later. Similiary, if you update far too often (this is only a problem with rss feeds), as in more than a few times a minute, you could be considered a spammer, and given lower rankings.

3. Once you have been indexed, your pages will be included for searches. When a search term is typed and entered into the SE’s, they will scan their indexed pages FIRST for keywords (the search term entered). From there it will determine the number of pages with said keywords, and the density. Too few keywords, are far too many keywords will result in lower rankings.

4. Next they will check your link popularity. If sites are linking to your site with your keywords as their “anchor text” (you click on make money, and it brings you to whatever website, make money would be the keywords). The number of link ins, and the relevance of said link – ins all factor in your “link popularity”

5. Finally, they will rank you and display your site based on your keywords, link popularity, frequency of updates, and general size of your site.

Student Loan ConsolidationPros and Cons

Filed under: Cash Advance — admin @ 10:06 pm

When interest rates on student loans rise, many college students begin to consider student loan consolidation. There are both benefits and disadvantages to student loan consolidation. This article explains the pros and cons of consolidating student loans.

Pros

Consolidating your student loans locks you in at the current interest rate. This means that, if interest rates rise, you will continue to be responsible only for your original fixed interest rate. Unconsolidated student loans have variable interest rates that fluctuate from year to year.

Consolidation loans generally have longer repayment periods. Unconsolidated student loans have a maximum repayment period of 10 years. Consolidation loans may have repayment periods up to 30 years. This means that monthly payments may be lower on consolidated loans.

Cons

On unconsolidated student loans, the government pays the interest on your loans for six months after you graduate. This means that you wouldn’t be responsible for a payment during this time. However, consolidating your student loans forfeits this grace period. You will be responsible for payments on your loans immediately after graduation.

If you consolidate, you are locked in at the current rate for the lifetime of the loan. If you don’t consolidate, your interest rate will fluctuate depending on economical conditions. It is possible that interest rates will drop lower than the current rate in the future. Visit www.abcloanguide.com for various student loan consolidation services.

If you consolidate under a longer repayment period and make only the minimum monthly payments, you will pay more interest than you would on in a shorter repayment plan. This could cost you thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the loan.

3 Reasons You Should Attend Seminars

Filed under: Marketing Portal — admin @ 9:17 pm

If you have never gone to an online marketing seminar, you’re missing out.

I know what you’re thinking…

“Seminars are expensive.”

That’s true. They are. Some of ‘em cost over $5,000. Even the lower-priced parties are around $2,000.

“It’s a pain in the butt to attend.”

Again, that’s fair. In order to go, you have to get on a plane and fly somewhere. And you have to take time from your work and family to do it.

But, there are at least 3 reasons that attending seminars should be on your priority list (even if you DON’T plan to do a major product launch).

1. You Are Surrounded By Like-minded People.

Scoff if you want. But, I’m telling you, there’s huge POWER in being around folks who are driven to the same goal as you are.

To this day, my friends and family don’t really get what I do. They nod their heads and smile, but I can tell their eyes are glazing over.

Well, picture being at a party with a few hundred people who not only know what you do… they do it, too! You’ll be amazed at how inspiring that can be.

2. You Meet People Who Inspire And Drive You.

I know it sounds flighty. But, when you’re downing drinks with someone and sharing strategies back and forth about what’s working, your mind ignites.

You find yourself wishing you’d brought your laptop so you can start taking action that moment!

And here’s something better… you exchange phone numbers (yep, remember that thing you used to use before becoming a recluse?) and follow up with each other.

That’s accountability, baby and it can drive you to major success.

3. You Remove Yourself From The Daily Routine.

Ever wake up and have trouble getting your engine started? (I’m not talking about your car here.) And if you ever DO get the thing to turn over, you can’t seem to get any speed?

It happens to me all the time. I’ll wake up and the day will pass without my having done one truly productive thing! It stinks.

I’ll tell you why it happens to me…

I get bored of my routine! Now, don’t get me wrong. Routines are good. In fact, they’re CRITICAL to your success. Humans need routine.

But, it’s JUST as important to get OUT of your routine. And going to a seminar does that for you. It makes you leave your boring daily routine behind.

Going to a seminar can give your brain (and motivation) the jump-start it needs.

Last Thoughts

I’m not trying to sell you on a seminar here. I’m only trying to get you to think about going to one.

There are a lot of benefits to going. Benefits that aren’t always clear until you’re there, in the hallways, in the bars, at lunch… talking with folks who are doing EXACTLY what you are doing.

It’s empowering. It’s inspiring. And chances are, one you attend a seminar, you’ll be excited to go to another.

The Rise Of The Dollar Stores

Filed under: Web Of Lifestyle — admin @ 8:24 pm

Sheryl Huenster is a self proclaimed dollar store junkie. The Clifton mother of four makes the trek to various fixed price stores within a ten mile radius of her white clapboard home two or three times per week.

“I’m an addict. I admit it. I can’t go more than a week without visiting the stores, unless I’m on vacation. You better believe that when I go to the Jersey Shore I know where the all the stores are in the Toms River area,” she laughed.

Years after the close of Woolworth’s and other “Five and Dime” stores, dollar stores are filling the void by opening up around the country, but they seem almost ubiquitous to New Jersey. Many of the stores are operated by immigrants who have a knack for buying low priced goods overseas and having them shipped to the U.S. to sell for a dollar a piece. Like Woolworth’s, the dollar stores carry “sundry” items such as hair brushes, small picture frames, toothpaste, games, toys, etc., as well as harder to find items that the more upscale stores don’t carry.

Ice cube trays, magnets, gift bags, flags, paper, coffee mugs, staples, paint brushes, hand cream, eyeglass cases, candles, soap, are some of the things that Sheryl keeps an eye out for. “I found a baster yesterday for my Thanksgiving turkey. I use it just once then I toss it. It is far easier to replace a baster than trying to clean the darn thing!”

Elise Brookings of Wayne is another dollar store fan who visits her favorite store at least twice a week. “I go to the store on Hamburg Tpk. You have to go back often as the stock changes all the time; once an item is gone it is rarely seen again.” Elise navigates the store’s aisles with a shopping cart which is quickly filling with gift bags, wrapping paper and what she calls stocking stuffers. “Playing cards, figurines, books, these are some of the items my kids will find in their stocking this year. Most of the stocking stuffers will be things I find in this store; I’ll go to CVS for the candy, but for little else.”

Not all the stores prove to be successful. A store in Haledon and another one in Paterson have closed within the past year, while stores in neighboring towns have opened or expanded. Shoppers will tell you that it isn’t always the location, but the type of inventory carried.

Jan Chavez of Bloomfield is very selective in choosing which stores to visit. “I can tell almost immediately if a store will be a success or not. If they sell items I could get at the Giants Stadium flea market it won’t work out. Too common and not worth the dollar; I can find the same items discounted at my supermarket.” The diminutive woman with toddler in tow added, “When I visit dollar stores I want a real bargain. It should be something that would have sold for several times the amount originally or would still sell for much more than a dollar if sold elsewhere.”

Store manager Pava, who works at one of the area shops, said the reason that his store is so successful is that the store’s buyer travels throughout the Far East making purchases directly. It may seem odd to send a buyer so far away for items that sell for so little, however the store is making money and a quickly turning inventory is what keeps bringing the customers back.

Indeed, store owners count on shoppers like Sheryl and Elise who make multiple visits to sustain them. Pava added, “Nobody buys just one item, they buy in bulk. Just this morning a teacher came in and purchased 26 toys. She plans on giving them to each of her students for Christmas.”

If Sheryl, Elise, and Jan are the atypical customer, than Pava’s shop and those like his should be considered a raging success. Judging by the lines at the three open registers and the inventory on hand, his shop will probably be around for a long time. “We will be opening a second store next year in the Morristown area. It’ll be even larger than this one”, concluded Pava as he excused himself to go to a nearby counter to help wrap up glass dishes that were just purchased.

With a full parking lot and clerks constantly replenishing inventory, the successful dollar store will be an important part of the suburban scene for years to come. Woolworth’s may not only be gone, it may soon be forgotten.

Disaster Survival: Is Water Really That Important ?

Filed under: Web Of Lifestyle — admin @ 6:02 am

Nothing makes clearer the importance of water than a large disaster; clean, fresh water becomes more valuable than gold. It’s easy to forget that without water, we just can’t survive. 60 percent of our bodies are water, in fact for infants, water makes up about 80 percent of their body, so it is even more vital they have access to clean drinking water.

Unfortunately, following large-scale disasters, it’s not unusual that water supplies may be cut off temporarily or be rendered unfit for consumption. Everyone should know the following tips about safe drinking water in emergency situations.

Preparedness is Everything: The advice comes over and over, but most people still are not ready when disaster hits. You must maintain a supply of clean drinking water someplace safe in your home. You can survive a week without food, if necessary, but even one or two days without water can be fatal.

In terms of how much water is needed to be stored, you need to drink at least two quarts a day of water. Enough water for all the members of your family for at least a few days is a good idea. You can store water yourself in your own containers; anything glass, and clean, thoroughly washed plastic containers with caps work well. Seal water tightly in their containers and store them in someplace cool and dark in your home. Make sure to change new water regularly; once every six months.

Finding Safe Drinking Water: If you do run out of water during an emergency, or are trapped somewhere without ready access to clean drinking water, you’ll need to know what’s safe to drink, and what isn’t.

After a disaster, possible sources of safe drinking water in your home include the water from your hot water tank, the water from your toilet tank (not the bowl, but the water from your tank, but if it is chemical-free), and water trapped in your water pipes. Melt any ice cubes that you may have stored.

Avoid using water from waterbeds as drinking water, since they are treated with chemicals unsafe for drinking. You can use waterbed water for washing, though. Outside your home try to locate streams, rivers, lakes, or other sources of fresh water. Never drink floodwater; it is usually contaminated with bacteria and chemicals. Do save rainwater that may fall for drinking.

Purifying Water in an Emergency: If you cannot locating safe drinking water during an emergency, then any water you find that does not look clear, or which you believe may be contaminated, should be purified before drinking.

The best and easiest way to purify water is by boiling. Disease-bearing microorganisms cannot survive in high temperatures. Boil the water for about one minute. For improved taste, pour the water back and forth from one clean container to another.

If you’re unable to boil your water, treat it chemically before drinking. Household chlorine bleach can be used to treat your water. Use an eyedropper, to drop eight drops of bleach into each gallon of water to be treated. Make sure the chlorine you use lists hypochlorite as its only active ingredient; any extra chemicals or fragrances will only further contaminate the water. Stir the water and allow it to stand at least 30 minutes. When the water appears clear, it is likely safe to drink. If it is still murky or clouded, put in eight more drops and let stand another 30 minutes.

Discover the First Symptoms of Hair Loss

Filed under: Health Center — admin @ 8:15 am

The medical term for hair loss is alopecia. The most common type of hair loss is male pattern baldness and hits traditionally over a quarter of boys and girls. This type of hair loss is typically permanent.

Permanent hair loss comes in three types. Male pattern baldness could start to show in the extremely early stages of a blokes life, with hair loss starting to begin as young as 21 years old. The normal first symptoms might well include loss and baldness of hair follicles around the crown of the scalp and furthermore at the hairline above the forehead. The result will be partial or full hair loss.

Girl pattern baldness is similar to male pattern baldness resulting in permanent hair follicle loss. This sort of hair loss and baldness is usually developed after a mother gives birth to a child. The hormone imbalance creates hair loss although they do not generally experience whole baldness.

The last type of permanent hair loss is through Cicatricial. This occurs when some inflammation in the scalp causes scarring of the scalp and the hair strands fall out permanently. The female will lose hair in random parts of the scalp, or even spread all over the scalp. For the best hair growth techiniques visit Advanced Hair Studio and get back your confidence.

With forever hair loss the stunning solution for tons of people might be to visit a specialist clinic in order to gain back confidence.

The Real Estate Investment Market In 2006: Why Experts Are Excited And New Investors Are Nervous

Filed under: House Of Real Estate — admin @ 9:03 am

Are you confused about where the real estate investment market is going and what you will do in 2006? Well join the club since many, many people are in your situation. I will tell you that many savvy investors are getting very excited BECAUSE the market is changing.

In this week’s article, we are going to conduct a little exercise to clarify what is really meant by The Real Estate Investment Market. Suppose that you read the below article in the New York Times. How do you react? As we go forward, let’s compare your reaction to this information with the reaction of savvy, real estate investors who have been there, done that.

Beach Front Condo Project Bankrupts Local Investors January 11, 2006, Pogomo Beach, FL (APE News)

The struggles of a new, 220 condo unit show the continuation of the real estate bubble. When local real estate agent Daffy Duck was interviewed, he said that some condo values have dropped over 40% in the period since July 2005. The last sale we had was at a high value of $850,000 but now you would be lucky to get $600,000.

APE News has learned that one investor is now having to make mortgage payments of up to $5,000/mo on each of their 3 units. In turn, this is forcing them into bankruptcy. Upon further analysis.

Before you read the rest of this article, I encourage to step back and jot down your knee jerk reaction to this news. Why? Because you will undoubtedly see such real estate investment headlines in the future. If you can sort of your feelings about these types of stories, then you will be miles ahead of most investors and determine how to best profit. People typically have two reactions to this article:

Reaction 1: Articles like this indicate that the overall real estate market is getting soft.

Reaction 2: In flat, soft, or declining real estate markets, it is very risky to invest.

Unfortunately both reactions will limit their ability to produce creative, profitable, real estate investments.

Let’s see how a more experienced investor might think. First, this article would tell the investor that the real estate investment market for $850,000 condos in Pogomo Beach Florida has probably dried up. On the surface, it would appear that both the rental and sales demand are low for THAT particular product in THAT particular area. We will use this knowledge to our advantage in a minute.

Second, the investor knows that this news tells them nothing about OTHER real estate products in Pogomo Beach. For example, the demand for affordable, $250,000, off beach townhomes could be blistering hot in Pogomo Beach. For that matter, who knows what is happening in the single family home market. THESE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT SUBMARKETS CAN ACT COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE $850,000 CONDO MARKET.

Let me illustrate this point in real life. While writing this article, I am flying to Las Vegas to look at a development that is a condo conversion. Before I left, I have seen several news pieces about high end, on the strip condo developments terminating in Vegas; clearly not great news for high end condo, real estate investments.

On the other hand, we know that Las Vegas area still faces an issue with an ever increasing population, is land locked, and has a shortage of affordable housing. I also know that because of our group size at GetPreConstructionDeals.com, we are getting offered an interesting opportunity to get in first. Time will tell if this development is appropriate for our web site, but we know without seeing it that this submarket of Las Vegas has considerable potential; all the while the popular press has a dim view of the Vegas real estate investment market.

Another insight that the sophisticated investor knows is that huge returns can be made in soft or down real estate investment markets; i.e., they understand that all markets do not always go up but there is money to be made regardless of what the markets are doing. To understand this concept, let’s go back to Pogomo Beach and see what we can do.

Suppose your believe as an investor is demand for beach front condo’s will be extremely strong. Yes, there may be a hiccup for 12-24 months but the fact remains there is little beach front left and a lot of baby boomers who want to own it —– someday. When looking at the above news article, maybe the investor decides that if purchased for $485,000, then the Pogomo Beach condo would be quite attractive and likely to generate a nice return in time. But even at that price, maybe they are not ready to rush out and acquire a unit.

Next, maybe the investor understands that some people bought into this project very cheap at preconstruction prices and might be quite happy to get out with some profits rather than having to make mortgage payments month after month, deal with tenants, have to furnish the unit, etc. Quite possibly the investor might be interested in purchasing a unit if they can get the right price let’s say maybe $395,000. If somebody excepts that offer, then great, they have just bought themselves a great investment for a real estate product in a soft market. Yes, they are going to have to rent this out for a while to let the market catch back up to them but they know they have just purchased a great asset for a tremendous price.

Hopefully by using this fictitious article as a training example, you have gotten a better understanding of your believes about how to handle 2006. In addition, with this background, maybe the next time somebody asks you what the real estate market will be for [fill in the blank], you can give them a highly accurate answer: some people will make a boatload of money and some people will lose money. While this will not satisfy them, you know that it will be true in almost every active real estate market in the country.

Ford Fiesta and Fusion’s Sales Continue to Rise

Filed under: Wheeling — admin @ 3:27 pm

The Ford Fiesta and the Ford Fusion has been refreshened for the automobile market. And now, this has assisted greatly in keeping the sales and the numbers up. So far, the Ford Focus has remained the best selling vehicle for the Ford of Europe. In fact, for this year, it has already sold some 157,000 units already and yet the year has not yet ended. On the other hand, the Ford Fiesta is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, 2006. Closely following suit is success for it has experienced an increase of some five percent in sales. Last April alone, it sold some 27,100 units.

The first four months of 2006 proved to be quite a prediction for the months ahead for Ford in Europe. You see, during this first quarter, Ford in Europe experienced selling 131,00 Ford Fiestas which is actually a nine percent rise in sales compared to the same period for last year. If you put the Ford Fusion’s sales along with the Ford Fiesta’s, the total sales went up to 162,800 units which actually equates to a nine percent increase.

According to Stephen Odell, the vice president of marketing, sales, and service of Ford of Europe, “As market leader in the UK, Ford sales feel the affect of slower demand in that region more than others. We are fully confident that we will retain overall market leadership for the year in the UK, without resorting to pursuing unprofitable business. Elsewhere, we continue to have tremendous success in emerging markets, which we expect to continue to grow strongly in the future.”

At Ford Parts Online, quality Ford starters and Ford alternators are in stock right at your fingertips, along with parts for many other Ford vehicles, makes, and models.

Jay Stevens works as a consultant for an established auto parts store in the country. He has expertise in automotive technology and has extensive knowledge on the auto parts industry.
